Western Springs Lakeside Park

Its a bright sunny day........

Didnt plan to come for this carnival thing today. Was on the bus to get to the zoo when alot of people took the bus. Later found out they were all going for some cultural carnival thing. So we decided to tail them and see whats there!

Haha this sumo like thingy is very cute. Entertaining to watch.

You fall down super easily. And the guy on top took the chance to topple over his friend below! I'm the proud owner of this massive machine

Happen to own this jeep as well...

Humble collection of audio equipments all in...

Was a super sunny day. Cannot stand it. It isnt the normal sun, it is so so so so scorching. Those you know will give you sunburns. This UV thing is no joke in NZ.

Well had to succumb to ice creammmm... Saw everybody eating this pineapple ice cream thing. Looks so appealing on a scorching day. Of course i shared the ice cream with the rest.. i'm not that greedy. Kinda disappointing because it was just vanilla ice cream. Imagined it to be some low fat sorbet. Haha.. But eating pineapple on such a terribly hot day is surprisingly shiok. Cold and juicy. Just what you needed. Sad thing is that i saw people eating a watermelon version of the same thing. Looks even better. More juicy and it was some other ice cream on it..... Lots of people were there with their dogs... Yea i love dogs! was trying to spot a corgi but wasnt successful.

Bob! Haha.. my sis has a soft toy of this dog and it is called Bob. So when ever i see this breed of dog, i'll just call them bob. Doesnt matter the name. Was pretty excited to see bob! If i spot a corgi i will go and take a picture with it.

Since it is called western springs lakeside park, there got to be a lake... this is it.

Funky pink hair. Picture very blurred because i was trying to be discrete.

Look how they do their advertising! By some ancient looking aeroplane! how cool! We happened to look up into the sky when we saw this banner flying around.

Ang moh boyfriend anyone?

We later found out that this was just some national defence carnival. The real cultural carnival which everybody was heading to was behind this one! hahah... Went there for awhile, walked around abit and left before we saw anything cultural. :(
